Tonight’s meal was a quick, simple, and super healthy dish. We picked up some nice tuna at the grocery store. I made a I paired it with some sauteed rapini and cous cous.
I cooked the tuna in the sauce, which had the juice of 2 oranges, a tbsp of honey, 1/2 tsp sesame oil, and a splash of balsamic. It paired nicely with the rapini. I think, in hindsight, I would have made a bit more of the sauce, added the cous cous because the meal lacked zing.
Meh. *shrug* They can’t be amazing all the time.
