To kebab or not to kebab..

Well based on the title of this entry.. I bet you guessed that I DID choose to kebab. This recipe is super simple. Literally chopping some stuff, putting it on a skewer, seasoning with salt, pepper, and greek seasoning.. grilling it. It turned out fabulously.

I served it over some box rice that was totally crappy. It turned out all spongy and gross. Now, admittedly, rice is like my arch nemesis. I usually screw it up by cooking too long, or not long enough.. but this stuff was from a box. It was terrible.

After the kebab related fun was over, I made a cheese cake for the folks at work. The horde pretty much immediately descended.  I got to try more than a teeny couple bites of this one and I liked it well enough. It was super creamy, but could’ve been a tad sweeter.

I didn’t get to it before it had been cut, so here’s a picture with some slices missing. 😀
