What was I thinking?

Ok.. so it’s been a super king kameahmeah long time since I’ve posted anything. I’ve been super busy and relatively uninspired. Why? You might be asking?  I took some time to delve into it and then it hit me all at once.

It’s like 110 degrees outside and I’m all.. ‘LETS EAT SOME HEAVY FRENCH SAUCES!?’   Clearly I hadn’t fully considered the ramifications of Sauce Week.. so … let’s just pretend it never happened.  (at least until winter).

I hereby (in my official capacity as the owner of this blog and generally fantastic human being) dub the next 7 posts ‘SALAD WEEK’ posts.

Stay tuned for my fabulous grilled chicken caesar salad complete with homemade caesar dressing (recipe included) and storebought croutons because you couldn’t pay me to fire my oven up in this heat.
